- 1 half page programme ad (colour)
Brand Asset Requirements:
- Half page Programme ad - 8.75” × 5.625”
*Keep logos/text 0.75” from left edge and 0.5” from other edges. - Main Screen ad - 9:16 aspect ratio (landscape only), PNG or JPG
- Social Media ad - 4:5 aspect ratio (vertical) | 300 dpi, PNG or JPG

Sponsors and vendors may work with any designer of their choice when preparing their artwork. All final files must be submitted directly by the sponsor or vendor through the designated submission process at the time of purchase.
As one of several available options, Bourdon Creative Inc. offers an optional service familiar with CLRG event specifications and formatting requirements.
This service is non-exclusive and completely optional, and sponsors are welcome to use their own designers if preferred.
Any arrangement for design services is separate from CLRG and is solely between the sponsor/vendor and Bourdon Creative Inc.
