CLRG is working with a company called Convenus, based in the UK, to centralize and simplify the hotel booking process for you.  There is no requirement to stay in any specific hotel, nor is there a facility fee system for 2024. As the event is nearly upon us, most hotels are either sold out, or have released the rooms on hold to guarantee sales.  If the link shows no availability for the dates you want, then there is nothing left, and you'll have to look elsewhere.
